Career Option

Career Option is located at Kundalahalli, specifically in the Nal Quarters, number 32. It’s a bit of an older area and has a very specific feel to it. Being in Bangalore, we deal with the usual stuff like traffic and rain that comes out of nowhere. The office itself is quite plain. We didn't spend much on decorating because we are usually too busy to notice the walls anyway. Most of our time is taken up by phone calls and trying to match people with the right kind of work. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Some people think recruitment is easy, but it’s mostly just a lot of organizing and double-checking things. We like being in Kundalahalli because it’s close to a lot of the tech stuff, but our little spot in Nal Quarters is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We don’t have any big marketing speeches to give. We just show up, drink some coffee, and get to work on the files we have for that day. Sometimes we have people dropping by without an appointment, and we just have to fit them in wherever we can. It’s a bit messy and unpredictable, but that’s just how this business is. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us, and it feels like a decent place to spend our working hours.
