Captronic Systems Pvt Ltd is based over at No-3, Victorian Meadows, right on the Airport-Varthur Road in Bangalore. It’s a busy part of town, especially with all the tech companies nearby. Our office isn’t anything like those big glass buildings you see in the movies. It’s a functional space where we handle electronics and system work. Most of us here are just engineers who enjoy figuring out how things fit together. We spend a lot of time at our benches with various tools and components scattered around. The traffic on Varthur Road is usually a mess, so most of us get in early to avoid the worst of it. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the team is pretty small and tight-knit. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just focus on the projects we have on our desks. Sometimes we’re working on something quite complex, and other days it’s just routine testing. It can get a bit loud when the equipment is running, but we’re used to it. The kitchen always has a pot of tea or coffee going because that’s what keeps us moving. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our part in the local industry here. It’s a solid place to work, and we like the neighborhood despite the noise. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
