Capgemini

Our office is tucked away in the 3 Team Nest Appts in Bangalore, postcode 560035. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a business, being in an apartment complex, but it works for our small crew. We like it because it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. There are three of us usually, plus a few others who come and go. We do all our Capgemini work right from here. The rooms are set up with desks and plenty of power strips for our gear. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork, but we manage just fine. We usually take turns making coffee in the small kitchen area. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s pretty peaceful during the day while everyone else is at their jobs. We’ve been here for a while now and the neighbors don't seem to mind us being there. We don't have any big signs out front, so you might miss us if you weren't looking specifically for Team Nest. It’s a practical way for us to operate without a lot of overhead. We spend our days on the phone or on the computer, just like any other tech job. It’s a straightforward life here, and we just focus on getting through the tasks we have each week. Sometimes we order food in when we have a deadline to meet, which happens more often than we'd like.
