Our business goes by the name Canticle Infra solutions LLP and you can find us at Plot No. 7 on Road No. 10 in the EPIP area of Whitefield. Whitefield is a busy place, but the EPIP zone is where a lot of the actual work happens. We focus on infrastructure solutions, which basically means we spend our time figuring out how to get things built and maintained. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of maps and site plans spread out everywhere. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different teams and making sure materials get to where they need to be. There’s always a bit of chaos, which I think is normal for this kind of business. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people; we just say what’s on our minds. If a project is behind, we say so and try to fix it. We aren't a giant corporation, so we can make decisions quickly without waiting for a board of directors. It’s just us trying to make a living and doing decent work in the infrastructure sector. The traffic in Whitefield is usually terrible, so we spend a lot of time here even after the work day is technically over. It’s just how it is in this part of Bangalore. We keep moving.
