Business Industrial Consultants is based in Malleshwaram, which is a part of Bangalore we really like. We are on the 1st Floor at 116 3 on West Park Road, right by 11th Cross. It’s an older building, so it has some character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The area is full of trees and it feels different from the newer parts of the city. Our office has big windows that look out onto the street. It’s a simple space with some old wooden desks and chairs. We don't go for anything modern or flashy. It’s just a place to sit and think and talk to people. Most days it’s pretty quiet, though you can hear the bells from the temple nearby sometimes. We drink a lot of coffee while we work. The 11th Cross area is a good spot because everything is close by. We’ve got stacks of folders and some old maps on the walls. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just where we come to do our daily work. We know the neighbors and the people at the local shops. It feels like home to us. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this 1st-floor window, but our little corner of Malleshwaram stays pretty much the same. We just keep doing what we do, day after day, without much noise or trouble.
