Our other branch for Building Control Solution India Pvt Ltd sits on the service road in Hal 2Nd Stage. The address is 3578 on 13th G Main. It’s a different spot from our other locations, but the work we do is pretty much the same. We focus on control solutions for all sorts of buildings. The office itself is right on the service road, so it can get a little noisy with the traffic passing by all day. We’ve got a small team here who manages the local accounts and handles the technical stuff. It’s a practical space. We didn’t spend a lot on decorating because we’d rather focus on getting the work done. There are wires and tools everywhere most of the time. We aren’t looking to be famous or anything. We just want to make sure the systems we put in actually work like they are supposed to. People around the Hal area know us as the guys who show up and get the job done. We don't use scripted lines when we talk to folks. It’s just plain English about what’s broken or what needs installing. The coffee machine is usually broken, so we go out to the local stall for tea. It’s a simple life and we like it that way. We stay busy, we do our work, and we go home. That’s really all there is to it. No marketing plans, just steady work and making sure everything runs smoothly for the people we help in the city.
