BUILDIKO VENTURES LLP

Buildiko Ventures LLP is tucked away in HSR Layout, specifically in Sector 3. We are on the second floor of No 17/T on 19th Main. It's a busy part of Bangalore, but our office is a relatively quiet place to get things done. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of property and building. It's a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and site visits. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us working hard to make sure our projects are moving forward. HSR is a great area because everything is close by, which makes it easier for us to meet with people. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just work around it. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. We don't promise things we can't do. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we've done before. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when you're out in the sun at a construction site, but it’s what we do. We've got a small team and we've all known each other for a while. We just want to build stuff that works for people without a lot of unnecessary drama. That's the way we've always operated since we set up shop on 19th Main. It’s a solid way to make a living.
