Our team at Bristlecone India Ltd is based in B 2 of the Diamond Distrcit on 150 Airport Road. It’s a well-known spot in Bangalore, so most people don’t have trouble finding us. Being on Airport Road means we are right in the thick of things. The traffic outside is always moving, but inside the complex, it’s a bit more organized. We have a regular office setup here. It’s not a massive space, but it’s enough for what we do. We have our computers, a small area for meetings, and a place to keep our bags. It’s functional. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive art on the walls. Most of the time, the walls are just covered with notes and calendars. The 560008 area is quite busy, so there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite when we take a break. We usually see the same people every day in the elevators or at the tea stall. It’s a professional environment but we keep it pretty casual among ourselves. We don't have any big corporate policies about how to sit or talk. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished by the end of the day. It gets the job done. Working here feels consistent. We know the routines of the building and the neighborhood well by now. It’s just a normal workplace for us in a busy city.
