Our office for Brickwork Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd is located in the Sriram Sadhana Apartment complex. It’s on Ms Ramaiah Road, right in the Gokula Mathikere area. Being in an apartment building like K 41 makes for a different kind of workday. It’s not your typical commercial building. We have neighbors who are just living their lives, and then there is us doing our consultancy work in the middle of it. Mathikere is a busy part of Bangalore, especially with the college nearby and all the traffic on the main road. Finding our specific block can be a little confusing for people the first time they visit. We usually have to tell them to look for the main gate and then follow the signs. The office is basically a converted flat. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a couple of rooms turned into workspaces. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we don't mind. We have our desks set up near the windows to get some natural light. Ms Ramaiah Road is always humming with activity. You can hear the buses and the bikes outside all day long. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things organized. It is a straightforward operation without any big corporate frills.
