We know most of the parents by name, and we see the kids grow up over the years. Our building isn't anything fancy. It’s just a clean, functional space where we can teach. Sometimes the Bangalore rain makes it hard for people to get here on time, but we just wait it out. We don’t spend money on big ads. Most of our students come because their cousins or friends told them about us. That’s the best way, we think. It keeps things grounded and real. We just want to make sure the kids who come here actually learn something useful. It’s a steady job, and we enjoy being part of the neighborhood life in 2nd Phase. It makes the long days worth it when you see a kid finally get it.
