Blueman Support

We are located at 205 Aditya Residency on 33rd Main in BTM 1st Stage. If you know Bangalore, you know BTM is always busy and full of energy. The building itself is a mix of residential and small offices, so there’s a lot of coming and going in the hallways. We handle support work here, so the main sound you’ll hear is people talking on headsets and the hum of the server in the back room. It’s a cozy space, maybe a little too cozy when we have a full shift working, but it keeps us focused. The 560068 area is great because there are so many food stalls and cafes just a short walk away. We often argue about where to get coffee because everyone has their favorite spot. The lift in the building is a bit temperamental, so we usually just walk up to the second floor. Our office is pretty simple with white walls and generic desks, but we’ve added some personal touches like photos and a very old coffee machine that makes surprisingly good espresso. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. Most of the day is spent troubleshooting problems and helping people out over the phone or email. It’s hard work and the days can be long, but we have a good group of people here who make the time pass quickly with jokes and stories between calls.
