Bluebeak Innovations Private Limited is situated at number 216 on the 1st Main of Sapthagiri Residency in Muthurayanagar. We're quite close to Mysore Road, so the area is always moving and there's plenty of noise from the traffic. Our office is part of a residential-style building, so it has a more comfortable, homey feel than a typical corporate block you'd find in a tech park. We’ve got a few rooms turned into workspaces with desks and monitors everywhere. It’s not the most organized place in the world—there are usually some papers scattered around and a few half-empty coffee mugs on the side tables—but it’s where we get our best work done. We started this because we wanted to try some new ideas in the tech space without the pressure of a big company environment. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Mysore Road traffic, but once we're in the office, it's pretty focused and calm. We don’t have any set-in-stone rules about office hours or dress codes here. As long as the work is getting done and the projects are moving forward, everyone is happy. We’re just a group of people who enjoy building things and seeing them work in the real world. We don't spend much time on self-promotion; we'd rather just show what we've built. It's a low-key operation, and we like the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work.
