Birla Sunlife Cholamandalam Ms General Insurance Amfi

We are located at number 19 and 20 on Kenchappa Road Cross, which is right in the heart of Fraser Town in Bangalore. Some people still use the old numbers 8 and 9 when they talk about this building, which can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers and new visitors. Fraser Town is a very busy part of the city, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle various insurance things here, specifically for Birla Sunlife and Cholamandalam MS. It’s a bit of a long name to say every time the phone rings. Our office is a very straightforward place. We deal with general insurance and the AMFI side of things too. Most of our day is spent checking through policy documents and helping people who have questions about their claims or their yearly renewals. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to do fancy presentations. It’s just us here, sitting at our desks and answering the phone when it rings. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the traffic and the shops nearby, but we’re used to the noise by now. We’ve got some stacks of folders that always seem to need more organizing, and there’s always more mail coming in every afternoon. People come by when they have issues with their car insurance or their health policies. We just try to get the paperwork moving through the system as fast as we can. It’s a small office and everyone here knows each other well. We don’t use a lot of big corporate words, we just explain the forms to people as best as we can. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on for us. We like being in Fraser Town because there are so many good places to grab a quick snack during our lunch break.
