We are situated at 813, 15th Cross in the II Stage of K S Layout in Bangalore. Bharathi Axa Life Insurance might sound like a big name, but this specific office is very much a local part of the K S Layout neighborhood. We are tucked away on 15th Cross, which is a bit quieter than some of the main roads around here. The office is full of desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets where we keep everyone’s records. It feels like a typical Bangalore office—a bit cramped, the hum of the UPS in the background, and the sound of someone making tea in the back. People from the neighborhood often drop by to ask questions about their paperwork or just to check on something. We spend a lot of time explaining things and going over forms with people sitting across from us. It’s not a flashy environment. We have some posters on the walls, but they’ve been there for years. The light coming in through the front door is usually the brightest part of the room. We get to know the regulars who live around K S Layout quite well. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks can get pretty cluttered. It’s just a steady, regular job in a nice part of the city, and we've gotten used to the rhythm of it.
