Between Jobs

Between Jobs is our little operation based in Bangalore. We are over at Prestige Elgin Apartments, specifically T 301 in A Block 11. The address is on Hosur Road in Langford Town. If you know Bangalore, you know that Hosur Road can be a real nightmare with the traffic, so we are glad to have a spot that’s tucked away a bit in Langford Town. Our office is basically an apartment that we’ve repurposed. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a balcony where we sometimes stand just to get away from the screens. We called the place Between Jobs because it felt right for what we were doing at the time, and the name just stuck. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. Mostly, we just have a lot of whiteboards with scribbles and lists of things we need to finish. It’s a very casual environment. People come in wearing whatever they want, and we don’t really care about titles or hierarchies much. We just want to get through the work and maybe have some time left over at the end of the day. The Prestige Elgin complex is nice enough, and it’s a good location for us to meet up and collaborate. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just like what we do and we like doing it here. Being in this part of town makes it easy to grab lunch together too.
