Beml Limited

Our office is at 105 North East Residency in the L N Reddy Colony. It’s part of the Basavanagar area near the Marathalli Post in Bangalore. The pin code is 560037. Beml Limited has been using this space for a while now. Bangalore is a big city and it’s always changing, but our little corner in Basavanagar is where we get things done. We aren’t in one of those huge glass towers you see in the tech parks. We’re in a more residential-feeling colony, which is actually quite nice. It’s a bit quieter, except when the school buses go by. We handle a lot of different things here. The office is pretty functional. We have what we need to work, and not much else. We don’t go for luxury furniture or expensive decorations. Most of the time, we’re just focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a straightforward environment. We don’t try to impress people with corporate jargon. If you come by, you’ll just see us working. We’ve been part of the Bangalore scene for long enough to know how things work. It’s about staying consistent and doing the work. We’re just a team of regular people trying to keep up with the pace of the city. It’s a good life, even when the traffic makes the commute a bit long. We have a small water cooler that we all gather around to talk. The walls are covered with old maps and a few schedules we taped up years ago.
