Over here in Bangalore, you can find us at 2519 Rajajinagar II Stage. We are specifically on 10th Cross. The name we go by is Barclays Capital. It’s a bit different from a regular retail bank branch, but we are still part of the same family. The area here in Rajajinagar is quite established. You see a mix of houses and small businesses all around us. Our building is pretty plain. We don't have any fancy glass walls or huge lobbies. It’s just an office where we get our work done. The 10th Cross can get a bit congested during peak hours, which is just how Bangalore is these days. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people focusing on their screens. We deal with capital markets and stuff like that, so things can get a bit technical, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We aren't big on formal meetings or long speeches. We just handle the business at hand. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby when we need a break from the monitors. Being at 2519 has its perks because it’s a familiar spot for many in the neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s steady work. We just do our bit for Barclays Capital and try to keep things organized. That is basically our day in a nutshell.
