This Bank of America office is located within the Sobha Jasmine Apartments complex on the Outer Ring Road in Bangalore. Being at 2021 Sobha Jasmine means we are right in the thick of the city’s busy IT corridor. The Outer Ring Road is famous for its traffic, as anyone living here knows, and we see the constant stream of cars and buses from our windows. It’s a very modern area, but our office feels quite grounded. We are situated in a place where people actually live, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate park. Most of us commute from different parts of Karnataka, and we’ve all shared stories about the long drives to get here. The apartment complex is quite nice, but inside our unit, it’s all about the business of banking. We have a lot of residents from the building who drop by, making it feel like a community hub in some ways. We don't use a lot of flowery language or try to impress anyone. We just have our workstations, some coffee on the side, and a lot of digital records to manage. Bangalore is always changing, with new shops and flyovers popping up, but the daily routine of checking accounts and processing transactions stays the same. We just try to keep up with the fast pace of the city while making sure we don't make any mistakes on the paperwork.
