Bangalore Career Guide

The office is located on Hongasandra Marol Church Road. It is a busy part of the neighborhood, and there is always something going on outside the window. Bangalore Career Guide is not a huge place. It is just a few rooms where we sit and talk to people who are looking for a change in their work life or a new job path. Most days, we have people coming in with their resumes, looking a bit nervous about what comes next. We just sit them down and go through what is available. The walls are a bit plain, and we have some old posters that have been there since we moved in. It gets pretty noisy because of the traffic on Marol Church Road. We get a lot of dust coming in from the street, so we are constantly cleaning the tables and the chairs. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from the phones. The internet can be slow in the afternoons, which makes things a bit frustrating when we are trying to look up job listings for people. We do not have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and wait their turn on the plastic chairs we have lined up by the door. It is just a simple operation. We try to help out where we can, but it is mostly just a lot of talking and filing papers.
