Bala Sumramanyam

My name is Bala Sumramanyam and I have been running things here at Gopala Puram for quite some time now. Satwada Naka is a busy spot, and we are right in the middle of it all every single day. Most mornings start early, usually with a quick check of what needs doing and a glass of tea. This place isn't fancy or anything like those big offices you see in the city center. It’s just a straightforward spot where work gets done. People around here know me, and I know most of them by face if not by name. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and dusty near the road, but we just keep at it. I don't really have a big team or a lot of complicated rules. It is mostly just about showing up and handling whatever comes through the door. Some days are slower than others, which gives us a bit of time to talk to the neighbors. If you are ever walking past Gopala Puram, you will probably see me sitting near the front or moving stuff around. We don't spend much time on the computer or making fancy plans. Life here is mostly about the routine. It works for us and it keeps the day moving along. There is always something to fix or someone stopping by to ask a question. That is just how things go at Satwada Naka. We like it that way and don't see any reason to change it now.
