We are based out of No 167 in Sai Metro City, which is in Chikkanahalli. It’s near Kammanahalli Village, a bit away from the main city rush but still busy enough. Bada Brains Tech Services Llp is just a small operation. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in our office space. It is mostly just desks, a few whiteboards that haven't been cleaned in a while, and a lot of cables everywhere. The area is okay, though the roads can get a bit muddy when it rains heavily in Bangalore. We spend our days working on tech stuff and trying to figure out solutions for things. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits or have long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just talk across the room to each other when something needs fixing. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a big win in this city. There’s a small shop nearby where we get snacks in the afternoon. It’s a very low-key environment. We don’t have any marketing gurus or big sales teams. It is just the technical staff doing their daily jobs. We like it this way because it’s quiet and we can actually get things finished. Sometimes we stay late if a project is acting up, but usually, we’re out by six.
