Avyaya Integrated Brand Solutions Pvt Ltd is found over in Jayanagar, but we also have ties to K G Marg 260. Jayanagar is a great place to be because of all the parks and the wide roads, though K G Marg is much more fast-paced. Our office at 260 is where we spend a good chunk of our time. It’s a standard office building with a lot of glass and a lobby that always smells a bit like floor cleaner. We have a few desks pushed together in the middle of the room to make it easier to talk to each other without getting up. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few whiteboards that are covered in scribbles and notes from last week’s meetings. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging up; we just have our to-do lists. Sometimes the tea lady comes around with a trolley, which is usually the highlight of the afternoon. The traffic outside on K G Marg can be quite loud, so we usually keep the windows shut and rely on the AC. It’s not a huge space, but it fits us just right. We’ve got a corner for the printer and a small rack for our bags and coats. It feels like a regular workplace where people are just trying to get through their tasks and head home to their families at the end of the day. We don't stay much later than six if we can help it.
