Aviva Customer Operational Services

We are Aviva Customer Operational Services, and we operate out of RM Nagar in Bangalore, pin code 560016. Ramamurthy Nagar is a place that has grown a lot lately with new buildings, but we have stayed pretty much the same. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle all the customer operations that come our way throughout the week. It is a lot of phone calls, answering emails, and fixing problems that people have with their accounts. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk or marketing fluff. Mostly, it is just about getting the job done right so people aren't waiting on us forever. The office isn't in one of those huge tech parks with glass walls; it's just a regular building in a busy neighborhood. We like it that way because it feels more like being part of the real world. During lunch, we usually head out to one of the local spots on the main road for some food. The traffic in RM Nagar can be a bit of a mess in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but we are used to it by now. We are a practical bunch of people. We don't wear suits or have big titles on our doors. We just try to help out where we can and keep the operations running smoothly for everyone. It's not always easy, especially when things get busy at the end of the month, but we do our best with what we have. It is just a normal day’s work for us.
