You can find Avin Builders and Developers LLP at the IH Complex on Ullal Main Road. We share the space on the 3rd floor, at units 2 and 3, in Jnanajyothi Nagar. Even though we are in the same building as the construction side of things, our focus is more on the building and development part. This means we spend a lot of time looking at land, checking permits, and figuring out how to develop different plots. It is a lot of back and forth with various offices and officials. Jnanajyothi Nagar is a lively area, and being right on the main road means we are always in the middle of the action. We aren't a big, polished company with a PR team. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about property development. Some days we are stuck in the office doing paperwork, and other days we are out walking through empty fields trying to imagine what can be built there. It is a slow process sometimes, and things don't always move as fast as we would like. We don't try to sugarcoat the work. It’s often messy and involves a lot of patience. Our team just focuses on the practical steps needed to get a project off the ground. We handle the headaches of development so that the actual building can eventually start. It’s just how we make our living and we take it one step at a time.
