Associate Hr Consultant

Our office is right on 1st A Main Road in the 7th Block West part of Jayanagar. Bangalore is a big city, but Jayanagar still has those nice trees and a bit of an older feel compared to the newer parts. We are based at number 311 12. As an Associate Hr Consultant, the day is usually filled with looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It can get pretty busy with the phones ringing and people coming in for interviews. The 560082 area is a good spot to be, even if the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We aren't a massive agency, just a local team doing HR work in a straightforward way. We don't have a reception desk with a bowl of mints; it is more of a working office with files everywhere. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the small places around the corner. It's a lot of matching people to the right roles and making sure the paperwork is in order. We have been in this 7th Block location for some time now. The office has a bit of a lived-in look, which we like. It feels more like a real workplace that way. We just try to help businesses find the staff they need without any of the usual corporate talk or complicated processes. It’s mostly just us and our computers.
