Ashley Marketelligent

I’m at Ashley Marketelligent. We are situated at 1251 Karve Road in Jayanagar. It’s a busy part of the city. The office is on a street that always has cars and bikes zooming by at all hours. We do marketing intelligence work, which might sound more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we just look at numbers and try to make sense of what people are buying. The space is a bit cramped because we have a lot of books and old reports piled up. We’ve been at 1251 for quite a while now. The landlord is a nice guy who lives nearby. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the front. If the door is open, you just walk right in. We use old computers that still work fine for what we need to do. It’s a small group of us here. We usually eat lunch together at our desks while talking about the news. Jayanagar is a great area for food, so that’s a real plus for us. We don't really do advertising for ourselves. Most people find us through word of mouth from others. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs doing, whoever is free just does it. It's a very simple setup. We like the flexibility of being a small operation. It keeps things honest and manageable.
