Art Of Living Foundation International Centre

We are based out in Bangalore, specifically at the International Centre. It is a big area with a lot of green around, which is nice compared to the middle of the city. We have been here for quite a while now. The Art Of Living Foundation is what people call us, but for those of us working here every day, it is just where we spend our time. It is a lot of walking because the place is spread out. We have people coming in from all over, so there is always someone new to meet. It is not like a regular office where you sit at a desk for eight hours. We are moving around, checking on things, and making sure the grounds are okay. The weather in Bangalore helps a lot, though it can get a bit rainy sometimes. We do not really follow a strict corporate manual or anything. Things happen in a more relaxed way here. We just try to keep everything running without too much stress. There is always a lot of cleaning and organizing to do because so many people visit. We just do our bit and keep the place going. It is a lot of work, but it is a good environment to be in. We do not make a big deal out of things. We just show up, do what is needed, and that is about it. It is a quiet, steady kind of life here for all of us.
