We are over in Basaveshwara Nagar at number 54. It’s a decent area with a lot of activity, and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. Our work is mostly about helping people navigate various services and advice they need for their own businesses or personal matters. It’s a lot of sitting at a desk and looking at computer screens, but we try to keep things friendly. We don't have a strict dress code or a fancy receptionist. When you walk in, you usually just see one of us working and we’ll tell you to take a seat. We handle a lot of different tasks, so every day feels a bit different. One day it’s all about forms, and the next we are helping someone figure out a budget. We aren't interested in making things sound more difficult than they are. We just use plain English and try to be as clear as possible. The office is small but it has everything we need. We’ve had the same old desks for years and they’ve served us well. Most of our clients come to us because they heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We like it that way because it keeps the atmosphere relaxed and honest.
