Arkoinfotech Llp

Arkoinfotech is tucked away in Vinayaka Nagar, specifically in the Dhanamande area of Hagadur. It’s out toward Whitefield, so we deal with the usual Bangalore dust and traffic every day. Our building is at number 82. It’s a simple structure, not one of those massive IT parks you see nearby. We prefer it this way because it feels more personal. Our office is a mix of desks, tangled wires, and a few whiteboard walls where we scribble down ideas. It’s not particularly organized, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there’s always some activity on the street. We usually hear the neighbors or the local vendors passing by throughout the day. Our team is small, and we spend a lot of time just talking through problems together. There’s no big HR department or fancy lobby here. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving on whatever software tasks we have on hand. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't interested in the corporate ladder or polished presentations. We just want to build things that work and keep our heads down. It’s a bit messy and loud sometimes, but it’s our space and it works for what we do. We usually end our Fridays with some snacks and a chat about anything other than work.
