Ardik

Ardik is located at No 8, 2nd Cross in Cashiers Layout, which is part of the Thaverekere area here in Bangalore. It’s a decent little spot, tucked away from the heaviest traffic of the main roads. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep everything organized. We don't have a giant sign or anything flashy out front. Most people who come here are looking for us specifically. Inside, it's pretty casual. We don't wear suits or follow a strict corporate handbook. We just show up and get through the list of things that need doing for Ardik. The layout of the office is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don't mind it. It makes communication easier when you can just shout across the room. We spend a lot of time on the phone and dealing with the usual daily hiccups. Bangalore 560076 is a good area to be based in. There are enough shops nearby to grab a quick tea or some lunch. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and keep our clients happy without all the extra fluff. You won't find any posters about synergy or excellence on our walls. Just some calendars and maybe a few old photos. It’s an honest workplace where we put in the hours and try to keep things moving forward. That’s pretty much all there is to it.
