Our office is tucked away in Jayanagar 7th Block, and we also have a presence over at 4th Pasta Lane in the Colaba Market area, number 34. It’s an interesting mix of locations, going from the relatively quiet streets of Jayanagar to the constant hustle of the market in Colaba. We spend most of our time talking to people and working through different ideas about how organizations function. It’s a lot of meetings, piles of notes, and trying to stay organized across two different spots. The Colaba office is right in the thick of things, so there's always the smell of food and the sound of people shouting outside. In Jayanagar, it’s a bit more relaxed, which is a nice change of pace. We aren't really the type to use a lot of big business words; we just sit down and talk about real-world problems. Sometimes we have workshops or training sessions where the room gets pretty full and we have to bring in extra chairs. It’s a lot of travel back and forth between the two locations, which can be tiring with the local traffic. We just try to keep things moving forward and help out where we can. The desks are usually covered in books and printed materials that we use for our sessions. It’s a small group of us here, and we just do our best to stay on top of the schedule. It’s decent work and we get to meet a lot of different people.
