This particular branch is tucked away in Flat No 303 of the Petals Appt building. We are on John Armstrong Viviani Road, right in the heart of Richards Town here in Bangalore. It is a bit unusual to have an office in an apartment building, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the coordination and paperwork for the logistics side of things from this room. There are always boxes and parcels moving around, though most of the big stuff happens elsewhere. The flat is usually humming with the sound of printers and people talking on their headsets. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of deliveries scheduled, but we manage to stay organized. Richards Town is a lovely area with a lot of old trees and quiet streets, which makes coming to work quite pleasant. We don’t have a big sign out front, so you have to know which flat to come to. Most of our work is done over the computer or the phone, making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. It is a lot of tracking numbers and checking schedules. We aren't a fancy corporate headquarters; we are just a busy team trying to keep up with the mail and packages. It can be stressful when things are delayed, but we just keep at it until everything is sorted out. It’s a small, hard-working office in a nice part of town.
