At Amicus Legal And H R Associates, we operate out of Madivala A Block. Specifically, we are at number 14 96 on 8Th Cross. It’s a functional space. We do legal and HR work, which means a lot of reading and writing and talking to people. There are always stacks of papers on the desks. We try to keep it organized, but sometimes it looks a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big project. Madivala is a pretty active area, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We don't mind it much. It makes us feel like we are part of what's happening outside. We aren't a big, fancy firm with marble floors. We have regular chairs and old-fashioned shelves for our books. It’s a place for real work. We talk to people about their problems and try to help with the HR side of things. It’s mostly just listening and then figuring out what the law says or what the best steps are. We’ve been here at 8Th Cross for a while. It’s a simple life. We come in early, drink a lot of coffee, and get to it. People find us by word of mouth mostly. We don't spend time on fancy brochures or things like that. We just do the work that comes through the door and try to be fair about everything.
