We do a lot of building and craft work, as the name suggests. The office in Crescent Heights is where we handle all the planning and the boring stuff like permits and payroll. It is a decent space, though we probably spend more time out at actual work sites than sitting in our chairs here. Cunningham Crescent Road is a good address to have, but at the end of the day, we are just builders. We deal with concrete, steel, and a lot of mud. Our team is a mix of people who have been doing this for years and some newer faces. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it finished without too many delays. Sometimes the weather messes up our schedule, or a delivery is late, and we have to scramble to fix things. That is just the nature of buildcraft. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the day because the hours can get long. It is a tough business sometimes, but we are used to the grind of the construction industry in Bangalore.
