We spend a lot of our time here at Richmond Town on Daba Road, specifically at number 213 12. It is mostly about the flat tape industry and the folks who make these products across the country. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls, just a group trying to keep things organized for the manufacturers. Most days involve talking to different members about their machines or how the tape is holding up in the current market. Daba Road is usually pretty busy, so there is always noise from the trucks and people passing by our door. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It started because there was a need to have a central spot where tape makers could actually talk to each other without too much fuss. It isn't always smooth sailing, and sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks more than we'd like. We handle the usual stuff like memberships and looking over the industry standards that everyone has to follow. When someone walks in, they usually just find us drinking tea and going over some technical specs or news about raw materials. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing because we’re too busy dealing with the actual makers. If you're ever around this part of town, you'll see the sign. We just keep our heads down and try to stay useful to the people who rely on us for coordination and keeping the industry moving.
