We set up Ajax Management Consultants at 169 Sharadhanagar. It’s a quiet enough spot in Bangalore for us to get our work done without too many distractions. Being at 560065 means we are tucked away a bit, which is fine by us. We spend most of our time looking at papers and talking to people about their businesses. It is a lot of thinking and planning. We aren't the type to wear suits every single day unless we really have to. Most of the time we are just in regular clothes, sitting around the table trying to figure out a problem. We started this place because we had some experience and thought we could use it. It is not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who enjoy the work. We've had some long nights here, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials really. We like being in Sharadhanagar because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center. People know where to find us when they need help with management stuff. We don't make big promises or anything, we just sit down and look at what needs to be fixed. It’s been a good run so far. We just take it one day at a time here. We hope to stay here for many more years to come and continue doing exactly what we do.
