Aisshwarya Group

The Aisshwarya Group has its base over in Indira Nagar on Sangeet Cinema Street. We are at number 84, right on Street 20. Being near the cinema means there is always something going on outside our windows. Our group handles a few different things, mostly real estate and local property management around this side of town. It’s a small office with a few desks pushed together and a lot of old files stacked in the corners. We aren't some big corporate firm with a board of directors. It is just a handful of us trying to keep the paperwork moving and making sure the properties we look after are in decent shape. Often we are out on the road visiting sites or meeting with contractors who are running behind schedule. The office can get a bit chaotic when everyone is back at the same time trying to use the one printer that actually works. We spend a lot of time drinking coffee and talking through the problems that crop up with old buildings. Sometimes we have to deal with grumpy tenants or leaky roofs in the middle of the night. It isn't always glamorous work, but it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been on Street 20 for quite a while now and we know most of the shopkeepers on the block. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay afloat and do a good job.
