We are located at 65, 1st Main, 1st Cross on Dinnur Main Road in RT Nagar. Being in Bangalore, it’s always busy, and there’s a lot of noise from the traffic outside. Our Airtel shop is right in the middle of all that action. We get all kinds of people coming in—tech workers, students, and local shopkeepers. Most of them are in a hurry, so we try to get their recharges or SIM issues sorted as fast as we can. It’s a small place, and it can get a bit crowded during lunch hours or right after work. We don’t have any corporate polish here; it’s just a regular counter where we work every day. We deal with everything from prepaid plans to setting up new connections for people who just moved to RT Nagar. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes things a bit messy, but we keep the shop open. We’ve been on Dinnur Main Road for a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. But the job is still the same—helping people stay connected. We don't use marketing slogans or try to sell you things you don't need. We just listen to what’s wrong with your connection and try to fix it. It's a straightforward business, run by people who live right here in the city. There isn't much more to it than that. We just do the work and close up when the day is done. It can be a long day, but we like it.
