Aiman Decorates

We run Aiman Decorates out of a small place in Sant Tukaram Nagar, located in the Chikkadugodi area. Our address is number 43 on the street. It is a busy neighborhood and we have been operating from here for quite a long time now. The shop is usually overflowing with various fabrics, color samples, and leftover materials from the last wedding or party we worked on. It looks a bit like a mess to an outsider, but we know exactly where every single item is kept. We spend most of our actual working hours out at client sites, so the office is often just a home base to store our equipment and take notes. When we are actually here, we are usually sitting around a table planning out how to decorate a specific hall or a family home. The street outside is quite narrow, so parking is always a big headache for anyone trying to visit us. We usually tell our friends it is much better to walk if they are coming from nearby. The name Aiman is painted on the front shutter, and we usually open up pretty early in the morning. It is a local business, so we know all the other shopkeepers on our block by name. We don't use any fancy design software; we mostly just draw things out by hand on paper and talk through the ideas. Sometimes the roof leaks a little near the back door when it pours, so we have to move the fabrics. It’s just an honest, hardworking place.
