This part of the city is always moving, and there are so many offices around us. Ours is just a regular building on the main road. We have a few floors where our staff sit and do their BPO work. It can get pretty loud with all the traffic on 11th Main, but we have some decent windows that block most of it out. We have been in Bangalore for years now. The office is pretty basic, just rows of desks and some computers. There isn't much decor on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe some old notes. We get a lot of young people working here because of the location. It is a good spot because of all the food places nearby for lunch. We don't really do anything fancy to impress anyone. We just show up and do the work that is assigned to us. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup to keep things going. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us. We like the neighborhood and the energy of this part of Bangalore. It is a solid place to be based. There are plenty of cafes nearby where we grab a quick snack during the afternoon.
