Advocate Vinod Kumar is the name on the door here at Anekal 25. Being in the Kumara Park West Industrial Area means there is always noise from trucks and nearby units, but you get used to it after a week or two. It isn't the kind of place where people come for a stroll, but for legal work, it’s where I am. The room is filled with old folders and books that have seen better days. I’ve been set up in this part of Kumara Park West for some time now. Some days are slow and I just sit and sort through the mail, while other days the phone won't stop ringing. The address is 25, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the industrial layout. I usually tell people to look for the big blue gate down the road. It’s a practical space. I have a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of paper. Working in an industrial zone has its own rhythm. The mornings are loud with engines starting up. I mostly deal with the people working around here or folks who have business in Anekal. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a workspace where I handle my legal duties. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so I’m always wiping down the table before anyone arrives for a meeting. It keeps me busy all day.
