Advocate Venkatesh R Bhagat

I am Venkatesh R Bhagat and I work out of my office at Guttahalli, number 56. It’s a modest place, nothing too grand. I don't see the need for a big flashy office in the city center when I can work right here in the neighborhood. I’ve been an advocate for quite a while now. My day usually starts early with a look at the court cause list to see what’s happening. Then I spend time meeting people who come to me with their issues. It could be anything from a tenant dispute to something more serious like a property fight. I don't use any fancy software or have a big team of juniors; it’s mostly just me and my yellow legal pads. Guttahalli is a lively area and I like the energy here even if it gets loud. The office is small, but it’s where all the heavy lifting happens. I spend a lot of time researching and making sure I have all the details right for my clients. People seem to appreciate that I don't talk down to them or use big words. I just explain the legal process as it is, even if it’s not what they want to hear. Sometimes the truth is a bit tough to take, but it’s better than giving people false hopes. I handle the paperwork, the court dates, and the meetings myself. It’s a busy life but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
