Our office is in unit Y3 101 at Greenwood Regency, right on Sarjapur Road in Doddakannelli. It’s a busy area of Bengaluru, but since we are inside the residential complex, it’s a bit more peaceful than you’d expect. We decided to set up here because it felt more comfortable than a cold office building. The space is basically a small apartment that we’ve filled with our work gear. There are wires running across the floor and piles of notebooks on the desks. We don't have a cleaning service that comes in every night, so it looks like a place where people actually work. We spend a lot of time on Sarjapur Road getting to and from the office, which is the worst part of the day. Once we’re here, we just settle in and get to it. There is a small kitchen area where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. Sometimes we go for a walk around the apartment grounds just to clear our heads. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't have a boss walking around in a suit. We just talk to each other across the room when we need something. It’s not the kind of place that has a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a to-do list and we try to get through it. It’s a simple, honest way to spend our working hours.
