We’re located over in Banagiri Nagar, specifically at number 167 in Bhavani Layout Phase I. It’s just off Hennur Main Road, so it’s easy for our staff to get to from different parts of Bangalore. Being a facility services company, our office is mostly a hub for organizing our teams who go out to various buildings across the city. You’ll usually find a few of us here sitting around a big table with schedules spread out, trying to figure out who needs to be where. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, especially when someone calls in last minute, but we manage to keep it moving. The building itself is pretty plain, just a standard layout in a residential-turning-commercial neighborhood. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. Most of our interaction happens over the phone or at the client sites. We started this because we knew there was a need for reliable people who actually take care of buildings. We don’t use any complicated software or big corporate strategies. We just hire good people and tell them where to go. It’s straightforward work. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there’s a lot of coming and going. We keep a stack of cleaning supplies and tools in the corner, ready for whatever the next job is. It’s not glamorous, but keeping places running smoothly is important work that we take seriously.
