Aditya Birla Minacs

We are over in J.P. Nagar II Phase, right on the corner of 12th Cross and 8th Main. The address is 556, and it’s a familiar spot for those of us who work here at Aditya Birla Minacs. Bangalore is a big city, but J.P. Nagar has a bit of a local feel to it still. Our office is a plain building that blends in with the others on the street. We don't have any big flashy signs. Inside, it's just rows of desks where we handle our daily work. It can get pretty loud sometimes when everyone is on the phone at once. We’re used to the noise, though. There are some nice trees outside that give a bit of shade when we step out for a break. Most of the staff here live nearby, so we talk about the local shops and where the new food places are opening up. We don't really do the corporate jargon thing. We just come in, do our shifts, and go home. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lift is small, but it works fine for us. We’ve got a small area for tea and coffee where people catch up on the news. It’s a very straightforward place. Nothing fancy, just a group of people working together in a busy part of Bangalore. We like the neighborhood and the people we see every day.
