Our office is located at Number 80, on the 3rd Main and 8th Cross in Venkatapura. Most people just call this Koramangala, and it’s a pretty popular spot in Bangalore. We’ve been based here for a good amount of time now. The street outside can get pretty clogged with bikes and cars, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We’re a team that handles various staffing needs, mostly sitting behind our computers and making calls. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and documents everywhere, but we manage to stay organized enough. We don’t go in for all those modern office trends; we just have what we need to do the work. Usually, there’s someone coming in to ask about a job or to drop off some paperwork. We try to be helpful, though sometimes it takes a bit of time to find what we’re looking for in the piles. We’re just regular folks working here, trying to keep things organized. It’s not a perfect system, but we make it work for everyone involved. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of places to eat nearby and it feels very lived-in. We’re just one of many businesses in this part of Koramangala, doing our daily tasks and trying to get people the work they need. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us moving and we don't mind the chaos too much.
