Access Strategic Hr

Our office is tucked away at 717 9th Main, 4th B Cross in the RPC Layout, 2nd Stage of Vijaynagar, Bangalore. The area is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice for a change. We go by the name Access Strategic Hr. Our space is basically just a few rooms filled with desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. Since we do HR work, we spend a lot of time interviewing people or talking to companies on the phone. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like the vegetable vendors or the occasional barking dog, while we are working. Bangalore 560040 is a good spot to be in, even if the lanes can be a bit confusing for people visiting for the first time. We have a small break area where we keep our bags and eat our tiffin. The work isn't always exciting, it’s a lot of checking references and making sure the paperwork for new hires is done correctly. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. We are just a local HR office in Vijaynagar. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is. We keep things pretty casual here, wearing regular clothes and just focusing on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a steady routine of meetings and emails.
