Accenture

Our office is at 14 17th Cross in Lakkasandra, which is part of the 560030 zip code here in Bangalore. It is a pretty straightforward place. We are Accenture, and this is where we handle our daily business. The street is usually filled with people going about their day, and we are just one of the buildings along the way. It is not a huge corporate park, just a regular building with several floors. We are on one of them, sitting at our computers. The air conditioning works most of the time, but on really hot days, it struggles a bit. We have a small area where we keep the microwave and the coffee pot. Most people bring their own lunch from home and sit together to talk about whatever movie came out recently. The 17th Cross is easy enough to find if you know the area. We do not have any big signs or neon lights. It is just a place where work gets done without much fuss. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost trying to find the exact door, but we usually just go down to meet them. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is being slow, but it keeps us moving. We like the vibe of the neighborhood because it feels real and not like some isolated business park. It is a very ordinary but functional office setup.
