Accenture

Our office, Accenture, is over at 14 Ammaarulagam in the Manjusree Layout. We are on the 9th Cross in Anandapura, which is in the K R Puram part of Bangalore. Our office is more like a house than a typical business building. We like it that way because it feels a bit more relaxed. There’s a small porch out front where we sometimes take our calls. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s much quieter than the city center. We’ve filled the rooms with our desks and equipment. It’s a bit of a jumble sometimes, with cables running across the floor, but we know where everything is. We don’t have any big corporate banners or anything like that. We just have our small nameplate near the door. The fan in the main room is a bit noisy, but it keeps us cool during the afternoons. Most days, we’re just busy with our own work and don’t see many people from outside. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the kitchen area. It’s a simple, straightforward way to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office. We just need a place that’s quiet and functional so we can get our projects finished. Being in Manjusree Layout suits us just fine. It’s a good, steady place to be based.
