Accenture

Our place is at 218 B on the 5th Cross in the 6th Phase area of Bangalore. We are tucked into a corner of Karnataka that feels quite busy these days. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks set up and a small area where we keep our bags and lunch boxes. It’s a practical space for the kind of work we do at Accenture. There is a lot of construction happening nearby, so it can be a bit dusty and noisy sometimes. We usually keep the doors closed to block out the sound of the drills. Despite that, it’s a decent place to spend the day. We have a small tea kettle that gets a lot of use. People come and go at different times, but there is always someone around. The 6th Phase has changed a lot since we first got here. More shops have opened up, which is nice for when we need a snack. We don't really have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and get on with it. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but we try to head home on time. It is a straightforward office life. No one is trying to impress anyone with fancy decor. We just want to get through our tasks and do them right. It feels like a real community here and we just keep things moving along.
